Turkey Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ‏Ground Turkey
  • ¼ ‏Cup Kewpie Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing
  • ½ ‏Onion, Chopped
  • ¼ ‏Cup Panko
  • ½ Tsp ‏Black Pepper
  • ‏Vegetable Oil
  • 4 ‏Hamburger Buns
  • 1 ‏Tomato, Sliced
  • 4 ‏Lettuce Leaves
  • ½ ‏Onion, Sliced (optional)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, dressing, onion, panko, and black pepper. Mix well and form 4 patties.
  2. In a frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil and cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Assemble hamburger with tomato, lettuce, and onion. Serve extra dressing as desired.
