Makes 2 Sandwiches
- 4 Slices Bread
- 2 Leaves Lettuce
- ½ Tomato, Sliced
- 4 Tbsp Kewpie Creamy Sriracha Dressing
- To prepare “katsu”, season chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Coat with flour, dip into egg/water mixture, then coat with panko. In a frying pan, heat oil about 1 to 1.5 inches deep. Cook chicken for about 3 minutes on each side. Set aside.
- To make sandwiches, place half of lettuce and tomato on the first piece of bread. Pour 2 Tbsp. dressing over it, then add chicken katsu and the second piece of bread. Repeat the process. Serve immediately.
