Poke Salad with Yuzu Kosho Dressing

Serves 2

  • 5 oz ‏Sashimi-Grade Tuna, Sliced
  • 5 oz ‏Sashimi-Grade Salmon, Sliced
  • 3 Tbsp ‏Kewpie Yuzu Kosho Dressing
  • ½ ‏Avocado, Sliced
  • ¼ ‏Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • ½ ‏English Cucumber, Thinly Sliced
  • 2oz ‏Packaged Green Salad
  • ‏Sesame Seeds Optional


  1. In a small bowl, mix tuna, salmon, and dressing. Set aside.
  2. Onto plate, place green salad, cucumber, avocado, red onion, and tuna/salmon mixture. Sprinkle sesame seeds (optional) and serve immediately.
