Document the Problem
- Take photos of the product
- Email us photos and a brief desrciption of what went wrong.
Contact Us For Replacement or Refund:
- If you received expired or nearly expired products
- If you received product damaged in shipping
- If you suspect your product has been tampered with before you received it
- If your product has experienced separation in trasit (usually in freezing conditions)
- If for any other reason you are unhappy, we will do our best to mak you happy!
We will work with you to either refund or exchange Kewpie products based on your needs in a timely fashion.
