Updated: September 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or interact with websites owned and operated by Q&B Foods, Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”) including qbfoods.com and www.kewpieshop.com (each a “Site” and collectively the “Sites”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit our Sites, we collect information that you submit when interacting with our Sites (“Contact Information”) and we automatically collect information about your device and your site visits (“Device Information”). When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Contact Information.

Device Information.
We automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Sites, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”. We collect Device Information using the following technologies: cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, and pixels. For more information about these technologies and how we use them please see Cookies and Similar Technologies below.

Contact Information.
As you navigate through our Sites you may voluntarily provide information about yourself. For instance, when you subscribe to our Newsletter we collect your email address; when you contact us using the Contact Us page we collect your name, email and postal address, phone number and any information you submit in connection with your inquiry; when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through a Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number; if you search for places to purchase our products we collect your zip code [ if you join Club Kewpie we may collect ]. We refer to this information as “Contact Information”.

Cookies and Similar Technologies.
Like most businesses, we employ “cookies” or similar technologies for Site functionality and other purposes described below. We also may allow our third-party partners to use or access cookies or similar technologies as well as tracking technology on our Sites to provide us with better insights into the use of the Sites or user demographics or to provide relevant advertising to you. These third parties may collect information about a consumer’s online activities over time and across different websites when he or she uses our website. We may also permit third party service providers to place cookies through our Site to perform analytic or marketing functions.
When you first access our Sites you will receive a message advising you that we use cookies and tracking technologies and giving you choices about our use of these technologies. Some cookies and tracking technologies are needed in order for us to operate our Sites; you are not able to disable these and they are generally deleted once you close your browser window. Other cookies and tracking technologies are not essential to Site functionality; these may be set or accessed by ourselves or by third parties and will remain on your browser until you delete them or they expire. You are given the choice to accept or reject non-essential cookies and tracking technologies. By accepting, you agree to our use of all types of technology; by rejecting you still agree we can use technology that is essential to operate our Sites.

Technologies we use include:
- “Cookies” - data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. Some cookies are necessary for our Site to function; these will usually stay on your browser into the future until they expire or you delete them. We also may use technology to remember your selections in your shopping cart. These cookies usually are erased when you close your browser window. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” - Automatically generated, timestamped files that record events, processes, and messages within our Sites. They track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. They act as a detailed audit trail for troubleshooting errors, system performance, log-in attempts, crashes, system changes, and security incidents.
- “Web beacons” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site. These are used to monitor user interactions, such as whether a user has visited a specific page. They often work in conjunction with cookies. Web beacons allows us, for example, to monitor how users move from one page within our Sites to another, to track access to our communications, to understand whether users have come to our Sites from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, to measure how ads have been viewed, and to improve Site performance.
- “Tags” – Snippets of code (such as JavaScript) embedded on a website to collect data about user behavior. Tags can help trigger other tracking tools, send information to third parties, or facilitate services like chat features, video playback, or retargeted advertising.

You can learn more about the specific technologies we use here.
