Breakfast Salad Burrito

Ingredients

  • 2 ‏eggs
  • 1/4 ‏avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 ‏tomato, chopped
  • 1c ‏baby spinach
  • 1 ‏strip bacon, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 Tbsp ‏Kewpie Caesar Dressing
  • 1/4c ‏shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ‏flour tortilla
  • 1 tsp ‏olive oil

Directions

  1. Beat eggs in a small bowl. In a frying pan, heat olive oil. Add eggs and scramble over low heat. Set aside.
  2. On a flour tortilla, place spinach, dressing, tomato, avocado, scrambled eggs, cheese, and tarter tots. Roll up burrito-style and serve.
