What is Elote?
Elote is a traditional Mexican street corn recipe that’s grilled or charred, and then generously topped with a diverse array of spices, rubs, sauces, dressings, and toppings.
At KEWPIE, we take it in a slightly different direction. Shichimi pepper brings warmth and citrusy spice, wasabi adds a clean hit of heat and KEWPIE mayo ties it all together with that unmistakable rich, umami finish.
