Quinoa Salad
DEEP ROASTED SESAME DRESSING RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
1 cup quinoa
1 cup corn
1 cup edamame
2 cups cherry tomato
1⁄4 cup cilantro, chopped
1⁄2 cup Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing
Juice of 1 lime
DIRECTIONS
1. Bring quinoa to boil with 2 cups of water and then lower heat to a simmer. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
2. When quinoa is done cooking, use a fork to gently fluff it.
3. Combine vegetables and cilantro with quinoa and toss to incorporate.
4. Dress with the juice of 1 lime and 1/2 cup Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing.
